REMEMBER PAUL REVERE!? So what was he famous for? Short answer: letting others know of a "unique" opportunity! (His "message" ultimately allowed those who could benefit to enjoy greater success!)
What a great Service opportunity you have to simply let others know HOW INCREDIBLE the real estate market opportunity IS RIGHT NOW…
· Those interested in purchasing have MORE BUYING POWER WITH THE GREAT RATES.
· Those interested in SELLING have MORE BUYERS than we have seen in MANY months.
· Those interested in REFINANCE have the opportunity to "INVEST" some equity by financing closing cost: and "EARN/SAVE" THOUSANDS.
o Example: "Investment" of $5,000 worth of equity to "pay" for closing costs by financing them into a refinance: can be worth almost $4000 (300/month!) in the first 12 months after a refinance of 250,000 at 6.5% is converted to a 4.5% rate for 30 years!
· Also: I am GLADLY ADOPTING loans that have no loan officer since so many are out of the business right now…
· I have been encouraging people to connect with a good Realtor, visit with a good lender and get the word out to those around them who could benefit most. ("Have you MetCHAD?" or any of my excellent team members over here? How about some of the Great lenders at Wells, First Interstate, Big Sky Western etc?)
