University of Michigan puts out a "consumer sentiment" index by conducting a few hundred surveys of REAL people...consumers feel that things are getting better and that number came in better than expected.
Dow was up 6 points today...and dow without "down" is good.
There wasn't really any other market moving news aside from continued "better than expected" corporate earnings reports.
The Rural Development program finally released updated income guidelines. Check the RD website for details specific to your area.
In my area: a 1-4 person household can make just over $73,000 a year and qualify for the programs new income guidelines.
