FNMA 4.5% bond is down about 16 bps today.... Dow is UP 12 points...on better than expected earnings reports. We are up over 10,000 for the first time in over a year. Dollar weakness continues...and gold hit $1070 an ounce. Oil is also UP to the $75 range Extend the tax credit? Latest rumor for now is that they HAVE extended it to veterans who have served 90 days of active duty. I haven't seen that anywhere else but one site suggesting it is fact...so hold on: they will publicize it when ready if it checks out. I will be getting medical test in SLC for the next few days...so will be out of the office.
