FNMA 4.5% bond rounded out the day UP only 3 basis points to trade at $101.94. This puts us in a phenomenal rate position in retail mortgages.
Tomorrow, we will hear from the feds as to how much they will be auctioning off in next week's T-note offerings. Remember that when the flood the market with "supply" of investment items like the t-note: devaluation sometimes occurs. Same old "supply vs. demand" from economics 101. Flood of supply with a stable demand = lower values.
Homepath Financing...What is it?
Homepath financing is something offered by us that provides a way for borrowers to get a sweet deal on financing Fannie Mae Repos in the Bozeman Montana area. (Fannie Mae Repos also called FNMA repos) The Gist: How would you like to put 3% down, pay zero mortgage insurance, have a FNMA mandated closing in 30 days or LESS and if you close by June 30, 2010 an EXTRA 3.5% of the purchase price to use for appliances or closing cost? It IS out there. Contact me to apply or apply at my www.metchad.com site (linked at right) and we can get you pre-qualified. FNMA repos are a sweet enough deal, add Homepath financing to make it really nice for you as a buyer.
Cheers!
